The Volcanoes National Park is located on the island of Hawaii, also called the Big Island. It is one of Hawaii's favorite attractions to many tourist. Kilauea and Mauna Loa are Hawaii's active volcanoes which are protected in the Volcanoes National Park. There you can see many volcanoes oozing out lava into the sea and you can also see volcanologists at work.

Pearl Harbor is the most visited attraction in Hawaii, located on Oahu. About 1.5 million people visit the USS Arizona each year. There is a memorial that honors the 2,400 people who died in the attack from the Japanese on the harbor. People can stop at the memorial's visit center, that has a theater and a museum honoring the attack. Next you can stop to have a boat ride out to the memorial that is over the sunken Arizona.

Waikiki Beach is a popular beach on Oahu for people to visit. Waikiki Beach has a shallow area for kids, shaded areas to rest, restaurants, surf boarding, you can also snorkel by the reefs and all of that is in two miles. People can stay by Waikiki Beach because there is some hotels built right by the beach. Waikiki is the neighbor to Honolulu, the largest city and capital city. You can do canoeing, get surfing lessons, and snorkel along the coast of Waikiki.

Waimoku Falls is located on the island of Maui. It is a 400 feet tall waterfall and you pass through more waterfalls, seven sacred pools, and a bamboo forest on the Pipiwai hiking trail . It can flow year round and you can also walk right up to the base of the waterfall. It is in the protected lands of Kipahulu District of Haleakala National Park for everyone to enjoy.

Honolulu Zoo
The Honolulu Zoo is on 42 acres of land located in Queen Kap'olani Park in Honolulu, Hawaii. In 1914, Ben Hollinger began the first Hawaiian zoo by bringing in a monkey, a bear, and an elephant, which was for the children to ride. Today, there are 1,230 different types of animals from all over the world, including 27 endangered species. Some mammals that the Hawaiian Zoo has that the Milwaukee Zoo does not have are the African Wild Dogs, Chimpanzees, Slender-tailed Meerkat, Domestic Zebu, Domestic Guinea Pig, Skunk, Miniature Horse, Malayan Sun Bear, and Kirk's Dik Dik to name a few along with reptiles and birds. Every year, 601, 510 people visit the zoo to see these unique animals.
